Home CPR Learning Kit

Be CPR Smart

The American Heart Association is trying to get a law passed in every state to have all high school students CPR certified by the time they graduate. Be CPR Smart will train the next generation of children to become lifesavers.

Sudden cardiac arrest is the leading cause of death in the USA.  You and your family can be one of those lifesavers by becoming AED and/or CPR certified.  If you don't want to be certified, you can learn in your home on how to give CPR to an infant, child or an adult.

Since it is Heart Month, The Frugal Exerciser is giving away An AHA Family & Friends Anytime CPR kit from The AED Superstore.  The AED Superstore has the largest variety of AED kits on the market.  Does your school, job, church or community center need an AED(automated external defibrillators)? Remember when a person stops breathing or heart stops pumping, if CPR is administered right away it can double or triple the survival rate of that victim. Most heart attacks happen in the home so becoming CPR knowledgeable can save the life of a loved one. Are you AED and or CPR certified? If not, have you ever thought about becoming certified?
