Free Fitness Programs
Do you hate gyms or don't have the resources or the time to go to the health club? You might want to try working out in the comfort of your home with fitness television On Demand. A lot of Comcast or Xfinity subscribers don't know about this little secret with their cable package. Last week my friend Bill told me that he discovered this and was working out at home. He asked did I know anything about it. I told him,"Yes, for at least 5 years I have been using it".
To find Comcast Exercise Television, you must go to On Demand and go to the Sports and Fitness tab, click on it and select fitness workouts. You will then see the vast amount of workouts and categories available for you to choose from. If you are a beginner, you might want to try the 1 mile or 2 mile walk or the beginning pilates or yoga workouts. For the intermediate and advanced exerciser, go for the gusto and have fun with it. The great thing about the fitness channel, they rotate the exercise programs every few months.
