Do You Live the Frugal Life? Well, TLC Wants You!
I just received an email that TLC is casting a second season for a show about families, couples or individuals that live on less. I would apply but I dunno know about being on television. If you want to be on the tele, contact Shauna at secondseasoncasting@gmail.com
Below is the casting notice:
Do you have a family member or friend who knows how to stretch their dollar to its absolute breaking point? Does the idea of spending money on anything other than what is ABSOLUTELY necessary make them sick to their stomach? Do they love showing off how very little they spend?

My auntie is like that, exactly. I'm going to tell her about the show.
ReplyDeleteIf she is extremely frugal, you tell her to apply.
DeleteI don't know anyone like that. All the people I know are spenders.
ReplyDeleteI wish I could be on this show! I'm unfortunately the opposite of frugal. Working on it! :) Hope you're having a great week!

Stephanie, I don't think you or I would be chosen for the show, we are not frugal enough. I think the show is extreme cheapskates.
DeleteHi frugal exerciser, I've been working out with my bowflex for 15 years and I still don't look like the guy on the informercial. It's not that I'm fat per se, but I am flabby and I can't tone up. I feel the burn and what not, but I guess I can't have a beach body.:(
ReplyDeleteHI Mayor,
Deletethe guy in the informercial uses weights, an austere diet and 8 hours in the gym a week to look like that LOL. Keep up the good work, the Bowflex is an excellent machine.
Okay thanks. I try to have a positive self image and I think I have nice legs so there's no shame in that!
DeleteAlso my hubby said to stay away from the McCheese, if you want to look like the guy in the commercial.
DeleteI got an email about this! I wonder what show it is...
ReplyDeleteIt is for Extreme Cheapskates and we are not that. Google an episode.
DeleteI don't think I'm cheap enough. If my husband were still a bachelor, he might qualify! lol
ReplyDeleteThat's funny! I know I can't, I have to eat at a expensive restaurant a least 3 to 4 times a year.
