I love Spri products especially the Xertubes. They are great for resistance/strength workouts and can be taken anywhere. The tubes can provide a total body workout which is convenient for home use and is also great for travel. The winner will receive 3 resistance level Xertubes, door attachment, and one 30 minute DVD. If you don't have the time to do strength training at the gym, then Spri tubes would be an excellent frugal alternative. a Rafflecopter giveaway

I have! I used them when I first started working out b/c I was too weak to even lift the 10 lb. weights. I may go back to them as I want to lengthen my arm muscles and not bulk them, and I do bulk quite easily.
