Absolutely! I got a head start by joining a gym late last month, and I've been doing fairly well resisting temptation and keeping up with my exercise over the holidays so far. So I want to keep that going into 2013 for sure!

Yes, I do plan on committing to a healthier lifestyle! My husband has lost 130+ lbs in the last year or so. If he can do it, I can too! I don't have that much to lose, I just want to eat healthier and start exercising!
I've already lost over 100 pounds and quit smoking in the last 2 years, so I have been pretty good about sticking with my goals. I hope to add in more fruits and vegetables into my diet in the new year.
